Windows 10 x64 can't detect box - please try another USB interface. And please be noted that this TV box can be updated via OTA , you do not have to connect to a windows PC to flash it. can't connect with valid Google account password - this is not the problem of the TV box, please check if your network is working properly and what was the feedback when you failed to log in ？ Best regards.
