A diode laser of 20W can cut acrylic up to 8mm in one pass.
Power: 100% Speed: 50mm/min
4 mm triplex + 8mm multiplex all can be cut in one pass, but as for the speed and power , you may take some tests first.
Try 300-400 mm/s at 70-80%power.
