Was purchased early April but never received, Geekbuying were very in trying to track lost item but after a few weeks they emailed me saying another laser engraver was on its way, received it in less then a week and have had fun trying and making simple items. would definitely buy again from them, item as good as promised in description and happy with service.

It took a little over hour to get it all together, but it was pretty straight forward and the instructions were easy to follow. It's confusing as to what software you are suppose to use, but a quick Google search and you realize that there are plenty to choose from. There are plenty of free and premium software to pick. It engraves and cuts well enough for me. I just use it around the house type things. I'm happy with this engraver!

Equipment appears stout and assembly of the system went smooth. I'm learning the SW right now, so I cannot comment yet on the functionality, but I'm not far away from it. Excited to go and cut some stuff with a laser!

I have no experience what so ever but was looking for a new hobby and this thing is awesome! It does take some getting used to and you do have to download a program on the computer to use it but it works great.

Assembly was quite simple. Everything is nicely machined and organized well. I’m very happy with how solid the laser assembly and air pump feel. They’ve included replacement consumables and some wood to test with, which is nice. So far I everything is working well. I’ll add some pics of some cutouts once I get a honeycomb plate to protect my work surface. I’ve only done a few minor tests until then and it seems to work pretty great.

So far, it’s easy to use and you can do so much with it.

I am new to the world of laser, engravers and cutting machines. I expect this machine to work wonderfully, and my husband even is showing an interest. We can’t wait to open it up.

It meets expectations, it works perfectly, it's worth the purchase.

More stable and sensitive than my old laser.

I am a professional laser engraver and have used this now for about few days ago. As compared to my other 1/2 dozen diode lasers, this was a good investment!

The assembly wasn’t too bad. It took me about 30 minutes to set up. The instructions were pretty easy to follow. Compared to my cr Laser, this assembly was a cake. Just be sure to assemble on a flat surface so the builds can be tightened at level. The engraving area is pretty big. It’s about 410mm x 400mm. The lightburn is relatively easy to use.

This was a great purchase, the package was delivered very quickly, everything came perfectly packed, was very easy to install, in 1 hour i was doing some tests, takes a while to properly set and dial laser speed and power depening on the material you are testing, i could not find any testing for this specific laser with preconfigured speeds and power, but in about 1 hr, i was able to do some engraving and cutting test and was easy to dial the best parameters as per my needs.

This engraver have a 10w laser which is quite powerful. My old one is only 5w. This means it could cut thicker pieces of wood.
