I've been very impressed with the performance of this little vacuum so far. Comparing it to what I've seen at some of my friends and client's houses (Roombas and Irobots) It seems to be right in line with technology and performance-wise.The battery lasts quite a long time, longer than I would have expected.The vacuum and accompanying app were extremely easy to set up. I am honestly surprised at all of the features and I've had no problem mapping out the areas I want vacuumed. It's crazy how far technology has advanced since these things first came out. You can tell this vacuum exactly where you want it to go and what you want it to do, and schedule different areas for different times.The mopping feature was a nice bonus, not something I initially thought I would use, but after giving it a try on my tile floors, it's a huge help.It's gratifying watching this little guy do all the vacuuming, especially in awkward spots, that I would otherwise have had to do myself. It invalidates our current vacuum for anything but the stairs, at least on our main floor. I suppose now I will need another one for the basement!

I have been wanting to get something to help with my floors for so long but didn’t know what to get because there are so many options out there. This exceeded my expectations!Pros-- My floors are So clean! I use the mop/vacuum mode and when I wake up in the morning my floors are so clean, it’s bizarre! I feel like this thing mops them better than I do!- Minimum snags, mine only picked a sock up one time, and other than that it’s never snagged or clogged.- Mapping is precise! It’ll show where rugs, carpets, and furniture are.- Modern looking! The base is nice and modern, not an eyesore!- There is a cheat sheet with how to do everything in the base of the lid. I highly recommend keeping it there, you’ll need it!- The app is great for setting tasks. I have a nighttime mop/vacuum saved and during the day I do a vacuum session when I am gone.Overall I love it & it has been a huge help around here!
I've tested many vacuums and many high-end robot vacuums.In that category, the NARWAL X Plus is among the best. we got the robot to map the house. Ours has about 75% carpet with 4 pets in the house. After removing most of the debris/clutter from the floor, but leaving one or two dog toys just as obstacles, we found that the robot vacuum did an acceptable job of getting dirt from a low-pile carpet.The vacuum was easily able to skirt the obstacles left for it and also did a very good job of transitioning in the house from carpet to floor.We were impressed with how easily we were able to switch to a mopping function for the hard floors and how well the robot did there.Aside from that, this vacuum has some fantastic features that allow it to require minimal human interaction once the initial setup is done. Very good vacuum.

My wife has long hair and we have a dog, but her hair doesn't get caught or stuck in the sweeper. After use there is no need to clean up the waste immediately, I think it can last up to 7 weeks without any problems, which is perfect for me as I am lazy.Overall, I am extremely satisfied and will also recommend it to my friends.

The Narwal can pretty much do everything that anyone could want a robot vacuum to do. It can detect things in its way. It can vacuum AND mop. It can vacuum AND mop the edges pretty well. It has a zero-tangling beater-bar brush. You can choose when and where you want it to mop and/or vacuum. The homebase can allegedly store up to 7 WEEKS of dirt! And the list just goes on and on...So far though, I still have some learning to do about this Narwal myself. But so far I don't have any complaints, that's for sure. And so, if you are someone who's looking for one of the best robot vacuum mops available, then I would say that this one is worth a try!

Mam w domu dwa urocze psy, a jeśli chodzi o sezon pierzenia, sierść psa dostaje się wszędzie w domu. Kiedyś sprzątanie było pracochłonne, ale ten robot czyści całą sierść psa, więc jest to naprawdę praktyczne!
This changes the way I feel about cleaning because I don’t do it now, my robot does. Joking aside, this is an incredible little machine that vacuums and mops. I must admit I was not aware that robot vacuum could do the mod also, it is fun to see it do its job. The machine looks very good and well built and the setup was not complicated, so that was another surprise. For years, I was thinking about having a vacuum robot, the mop function is what it did for me. I have a cat so I need to vacuum a lot this does it and it does it well, I am impressed. So if you want such a dream machine, I can recommend for sure this intelligent vacuum and change your cleaning routine for good.
