The NEWTRAL chair is a great ergonomic chair with adjustable lumbar support, backrest, headrest, and armrests. The breathable mesh back keeps you cool and the seat is comfortable for long days. It's marked as having 3D armrests but the model I received has 4D armrests (you can move the arm more inside and more outside). The lumbar support is very comfortable. I highly recommend it!

The material quality is excellent, even the screws are packaged separately, and even gloves are included for assembly. The instructions are clear, and the seat position can be adjusted in so many ways that almost everyone can find the right one for them. I hope it will work in the long run, but the first experiences are extremely good.

Die Kopfstütze ist höher als bei den meisten Bürostühlen höhenverstellbar und bietet damit gerade für größere Menschen eine hervorragende Unterstützung. Die 3D-Armlehne ist viel nützlicher als Sie vielleicht denken und lässt sich in 3 Dimensionen verstellen: nach oben und unten, nach vorne und hinten, Winkeleinstellung. Ihre Vielseitigkeit ist erstaunlich. Eine weitere Sache, wenn der Stuhl zurückgelehnt ist, hat er mehrere Positionen, die arretiert werden können, aber wenn er in einem bestimmten Winkel arretiert wird, rutscht er nicht, was bei früheren Stühlen nicht möglich war. I've had back issues for years, and after a recent herniated disc (twice) I needed to find a chair to support my lower back, which fit the bill. This chair isn't cheap, but the level of lumbar support adjustment made it worth it, and I was able to sit at my desk and work properly again.
It's easy to assemble and provides a great sitting experience! Great lumbar support, but I had to change my sitting position to accommodate it, still a good chair.
