This ring does it’s basic functions of tracking steps and works well for me. Has a 3 - 5 day battery life so that’s certainly a plus. Overall would recommend if you are not in the market for an overly complicated fitness tracker.

This has been a great item so far tracking sleep steps, heart rate and other stuff. It’s very easy to set up, long battery life and charging takes no time at all. I only take it off to charge it and It looks really nice too. I would recommend this item to anyone that doesn’t want to wear a watch.
