I have been using this along with a low carb Keto diet for a few weeks now. I don't have time to exercise as much as I'd like so I wanted to give one of these ab stimulators a try. While I am not expecting six-pack abs at my age, there has been a noticeable strengthening of my abdominal muscles since adding this a few times a week. I am really looking forward to seeing what results I will have after a couple of months of use!

I bought this to help tone up my abs because who am I kidding? I have had so much fun using them. The intensity levels are really awesome. You have the flexibility to change it to different settings and all. A good guy!

Super ab workout, I have used it the past few days and I can tell it working my abs! My ab muscles are sore and tone! But it really works well!
