I am doing the keto diet and am losing weight fast. With that being said I want to tone up my body and any extra skin and since I work a lot I don’t have a lot of time to work out so I bought this in hopes to help a little bit and I gotta say it does. The vibration of it actually feels pretty good too it’s not painful like I thought it was going to just make sure you start out slow and don’t try to move to fast with the speeds.

I have just started this abs stimulator for my stomach muscles. It was worth trying. It comes with 3 stimulators. One for your abs and 2 smaller ones that can be used on your arms or legs. Very convenient. The instruction is very clear and easy to understand. I could definitely feel it working on my stomach, arms and legs, the intensity was good. I will continue to use and see the results.

Great purchase, great product, it close to the skin well and good touch, also with multi-position adjustment, arm stick and belly stick, meet the training needs. I love it.

Everything is great it is working good. It does work to give me the abs that I want.

This is exactly what I expected it starts out with a warm-up and the intensity levels are easy to figure out and use. You can really feel the effects after you use it. I suggest you take it slow and work up to the highest settings. I am looking forward to seeing how much this helps and defines my muscles.

These are awesome! I use them with clients st my gym and they don’t stretch nor obviously break. Great resistance and they don’t dig into your legs like the runner kinds!

Feels like a real work out in the end. Has been amazing
