I've troubleshooted and reset this bulb but it will never connect to my phone, nor the app. I keep getting an error with the app).
One issue that I realized after purchasing is that this smart bulb requires constant connection to the server where it's connected to, so if that's down you cannot control your own light bulb in your own house.
