Was purchased early April but never received, Geekbuying were very in trying to track lost item but after a few weeks they emailed me saying another laser engraver was on its way, received it in less then a week and have had fun trying and making simple items. would definitely buy again from them, item as good as promised in description and happy with service.
It took a little over hour to get it all together, but it was pretty straight forward and the instructions were easy to follow. It's confusing as to what software you are suppose to use, but a quick Google search and you realize that there are plenty to choose from. There are plenty of free and premium software to pick. It engraves and cuts well enough for me. I just use it around the house type things. I'm happy with this engraver!
Equipment appears stout and assembly of the system went smooth. I'm learning the SW right now, so I cannot comment yet on the functionality, but I'm not far away from it. Excited to go and cut some stuff with a laser!
