For my technical work it is perfectly fine.

The error is stable, it does not drift so I can hit REL to zero that out for precise readings. The Math button offers MAX/MIN which displays those two plus AVERAGE which I use a lot because such extremely low voltage is noisy, but unfortunately that disables REL. But its easy enough to mentally add 3uV to the average. All other Volt and Amp ranges read 0 with leads shorted so for normal use there is no issue.
