This robot fulfills all of my expectations. Quiet, quick and thorough. The mop cleaning mechanism and the dust bag desinfection is superb. Surprise for me, that the dirty water tank is not stinky. The free gift package is more than good.

I am impressed with this vacuum and mop robot. It has completely met my expectations. The suction power is really great and the robot picks up dust, hair and dirt effortlessly, even on carpets. As soon as the robot detects a carpet, it lifts the mop plates straight away so that the carpet does not get wet or dirty. The robot moves easily through my apartment, detects obstacles and skilfully avoids them. Thanks to the built-in sensors, it does not fall down the stairs or get stuck on furniture. The app control is simple and user-friendly, which means I can plan cleaning daily. I can even control the robot when I'm on the go!It is also practical that the dust container is automatically emptied and the mop cleans and dries itself. What's even more amazing is that Z ultra has developed an adjustable water temperature cleaning function of 45-75°C in hot water to avoid the situation that it "gets dirtier by washing more" due to inappropriate water temperature. This ensures the cleanliness of mop cleaning. So you don't have to worry about anything and the robot is always ready and clean. The battery life is also great because it cleans my whole house in one go. Overall, the Narwal Z Ultra is a great purchase that really takes a lot of work off my hands.
