I usually always read company reviews before I make a purchase, which of course was exactly what I did with them. safe to say that it wasn’t positive at first, but I still decided to pull the trigger on a Engwe M20 bike. the customer support was excellent and the bike arrived in good conditions. I had no issues whatsoever and so far, I’m very happy with the bike. I ended up ordering another one to make sure the hype is real. I say it’s safe to buy from here. I was a bit thrown off by some of the amateur YouTube video reviews about the shop, but I had no issues at all. I will soon post a video review on this bike and the next one too.
